Attending the meeting virtually
You will be able to attend the meeting virtually by clicking on the ‘Join Meeting Now’ link below.
To attend the meeting virtually, you will be required at the time of joining the meeting to provide proof and/or identification that you are registered shareholders eligible to vote at the meeting, confirmation that you are attending without other persons present, and are not utilising any recording devices.

In addition, shareholders will need to use the following details to vote (as opposed to attend) at the meeting virtually.
Please email Computershare prior to the meeting at returningofficer@computershare.com.au who will provide you with your particular log in details to access the voting features via the link.

The Company will provide you with details of how to vote on the poll during the meeting including any cut off times.
Voting by Proxy
As stated in the notice of meeting:
- shareholders are encouraged to vote by lodging a completed copy of the proxy form emailed to you on 15/08/25 with the Company in accordance with the instructions thereon;
- the proxy form is to be used by shareholders if they would like to appoint a representative (a proxy) to vote in their place;
- the board recommends that shareholders lodge proxy forms with the Company prior to the meeting appointing the Chair as proxy;
- if the Chair is appointed as proxy, the Chair intends to cast those votes against all of the proposed resolutions; and
- lodgement of a proxy form will not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting at the shareholder meeting in person.
